The Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC) is set to hold a Commission Conference on November 4, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. in Tallahassee. The meeting will take place at the Betty Easley Conference Center in the Joseph P. Cresse Hearing Room.

According to the FPSC, the conference will be followed by an Internal Affairs meeting and a Cost Recovery Clauses hearing. “Public comment may be taken on any item noticed for public participation. Individuals interested in participating should contact the FPSC’s Office of General Counsel at 850-413-6199,” the commission stated.

The Cost Recovery Clauses hearing will address projected recovery factors for 2026 and review true-up amounts for 2024 and 2025 for Florida’s investor-owned utilities. This includes costs related to fuel, conservation, environmental measures, capacity, purchased gas, and storm protection plans.

If necessary, the hearing will continue from November 5 through November 7 at the same location.

A live broadcast of both the Commission Conference and Hearing will be available online by selecting “Watch Live and Archived PSC Events.” The proceedings may also be covered by the Florida Channel; viewers are advised to check local listings for coverage information.
