The Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC) has scheduled a virtual customer meeting for Gulfstream Utility, LLC customers on Tuesday, January 13, at 2:00 p.m. The session comes after Gulfstream submitted an application to the FPSC in June 2025 requesting a rate increase. The utility currently provides wastewater services to 965 residential customers in Orange County, while water service is provided through a bulk agreement with Orange County.

The upcoming meeting will allow customers to offer feedback regarding the quality of Gulfstream’s service and the process for setting rates. According to the FPSC, “All customer input will be considered by the Commission when it evaluates the utility’s rate increase request.”

Customers interested in speaking during the meeting are required to register beforehand. Registration can be completed via the FPSC’s online speaker sign-up form found under the “Hot Topics” section on its homepage. For those without internet access, registration is available by phone at (850) 413-7080 or by email.

Registration opens at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 30, and closes at noon on Friday, January 9.

Participants can join the virtual meeting on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. EDT. A live webcast will also be accessible by selecting “Watch Live and Archived PSC Events.”

Further details about the meeting are available from the FPSC.
