Panama City Beach is preparing for the holiday season with a range of events and activities for residents and visitors. The city will feature Christmas displays, festive markets, and themed attractions throughout December.

Dolly Parton’s new Pirates Voyage Dinner and Show is one of the main attractions this year. The venue decorates its exterior with large Christmas trees and snowmen during the holidays. Inside, guests can watch a pirate-themed Christmas story.

Santa Claus will be available for photos at Pier Park from November 28 through Christmas Eve. Santa’s new beach house is located in the Town Center across from Dillard’s. Visitors are encouraged to reserve their photo sessions online.

Aaron Bessant Park will transform into “Beach Home for the Holidays” after Thanksgiving. The park features a large illuminated Christmas tree that remains lit until the new year, along with decorated benches offering various holiday photo opportunities.

St. Andrews State Park will offer a Christmas Cruise, providing guests with sunset views of the Gulf, hot cocoa, holiday music, and seasonal lights.

The Christmas Village at PCB Market will host local artisans, crafters, and gift vendors. Attractions include Santa’s Workshop & Photo Spot, a Cookie & Cocoa Corner, and live holiday music.

For last-minute shoppers, Aaron Bessant Park’s Last Minute Marker Winter Farmers Market provides an open-air market experience with handmade gifts and food trucks.

The New Year’s Eve Beach Ball Drop on December 31 concludes the season. The event includes an early countdown at 8 p.m., fireworks, live music, and the dropping of 15,000 beach balls over attendees. At midnight, a glowing beach ball descends from Celebration Tower to mark the start of the new year followed by more fireworks.
