The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM) Retirees & Membership Services Department held a week-long class at the William Winpisinger Education and Technology Center in Maryland. The goal was to help members develop retiree clubs within their districts and local chapters. This initiative is designed to increase retiree activism, offer resources to retired members, and promote mentorship for younger union members.

Members who are interested in forming an IAM retiree club can find more information on the official website at https://www.goiam.org/departments/general-secretary-treasurer/membership-services/.
