The Millville Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) has opened applications for its new Commercial Property Improvement Grant. The initiative aims to help commercial property owners and business tenants along the U.S. 98 / 5th Street corridor with funding for exterior improvements.

Eligible applicants can receive up to $15,000 per property. The grant can be used for projects such as façade updates, signage, lighting, landscaping, and other enhancements designed to improve the appearance and vitality of the area.

Commercial property owners and business tenants within the Millville CRA are encouraged to participate in the program and contribute to improving their storefronts and the overall character of Millville.
