District 77 members in Minnesota have participated in Unity One Credit Union’s annual Toys for Tots drive this holiday season. Locals 737 and 459 approved funding motions that provided a significant portion of the donations, resulting in over $1,600 worth of toys being delivered to local families.

Members actively contributed by shopping for toys and delivering them, ensuring children in the community received gifts during the holidays.

“IAM District 77 and its locals came together to make a difference for families during the holidays,” said IAM Midwest Territory General Vice President Sam Cicinelli. “Their effort speaks volumes about who we are as a union. I’m proud of the work our members continue to do in their communities.”

“Supporting Toys for Tots reflects the spirit of solidarity our members show all year,” said IAM Local 737 President Eric Jorgensen. “Locals 737 and 459 didn’t just contribute funds, they put in the time, energy, and heart to make sure kids in our community feel the joy of the season. I’m proud of the generosity our members continue to demonstrate.”

District 77 has emphasized that giving back is an important part of its identity and expressed pride in helping bring joy to families during the holidays.
