Omni Fort Lauderdale Hotel is preparing to open in Fall 2025 and is now accepting reservations. The hotel, which will be the largest in Fort Lauderdale by guestroom count, offers 801 rooms including 82 suites with views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the beach. The property is connected to the Broward County Convention Center and is located next to Port Everglades Cruise Terminal.

The hotel will have six dining venues at launch, an urban outdoor pool deck, Mokara Spa, and guest rooms equipped with modern amenities. It also features more than 73,000 square feet of meeting and ballroom space. This includes a 30,000-square-foot Waterway Ballroom and a 15,000-square-foot Port Everglades Ballroom, both designed with natural light and finishes inspired by South Florida.

When combined with the adjacent convention center, guests will have access to over 120,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor event space. This makes it one of the larger venues in South Florida for conferences and large gatherings.
