Families and visitors are invited to Panama City Beach for the annual “Beach Home for the Holidays” event, scheduled over Thanksgiving weekend in 2025. The festivities will take place at Aaron Bessant Park and include a variety of activities designed to mark the beginning of the holiday season.

The event starts on Friday, November 29, with campfires, s’mores, and Santa’s Village opening at 3:00 p.m. Attendees can watch a holiday movie, “The Santa Claus,” followed by a performance of “The Nutcracker” by The Panama City Ballet at 5:15 p.m. The ceremonial lighting of the Christmas tree is set for 5:55 p.m., leading into a headline concert by country artist RaeLynn at 6:00 p.m. Fireworks will conclude the evening at 7:30 p.m.

On Saturday, November 30, campfires, s’mores, and Santa’s Village reopen at 3:00 p.m. Another holiday movie, “Arthur Christmas,” will be shown at 4:15 p.m. The Panama City Symphony, accompanied by the Panama City Ballet, will perform later in the evening.

RaeLynn is highlighted as one of the main performers during the celebration. According to organizers, “Known for her vibrant personality and authentic country sound, RaeLynn brings a fresh mix of heartfelt storytelling and catchy melodies to the stage. Her blend of modern country style and Texas roots creates a performance that’s both energetic and full of charm.”

Organizers encourage families to attend for an opportunity to enjoy live music filled with holiday favorites as well as some of RaeLynn’s most popular songs. They state that it is “the perfect opportunity to gather with family and friends, soak up the festive atmosphere, and make lasting memories here in Panama City Beach.”

Other activities throughout the weekend include visits to Santa’s Village and performances from local groups such as The Panama City Ballet and Panama City Symphony.
