Billionaire heiress Winifred Johnson-Marquart, associated with the SC Johnson family, has sold her Palm Beach home for $16.7 million. The sale occurred two months after she and her husband, musician and producer Mike Marquart, purchased a landmarked property on the island for $30 million.

The buyers of the Australian Avenue house are Victor and Julia Tolkan, as reported by the Palm Beach Daily News. The listing was managed by Shelly Newman from the Corcoran Group, while Dana Landry represented the buyers.

Winifred Johnson-Marquart is the daughter of Samuel Curtis Johnson Jr., who played a significant role in developing SC Johnson’s well-known products such as Glade air fresheners, Off! insect repellent, and Pledge furniture polish. These brands contributed to SC Johnson’s growth into a major cleaning products company.

The couple had acquired their previous residence on Australian Avenue last year for $15.9 million. The property, built in 2017 on 0.2 acres, offers 3,600 square feet of living space with four bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms. They listed it for sale at $17 million in September.

This transaction adds to a series of high-value real estate deals taking place during Palm Beach’s active season. Earlier this month, Bob Stiller sold his lakefront estate that was listed at $84 million. Additionally, private equity executive Greg Mondre has a pending deal on a teardown priced at $39.5 million after acquiring another oceanfront lot for $58 million earlier this year.

In North Palm Beach’s Lost Tree Village community, Ronald Clarke purchased a waterfront compound spanning 2.5 acres for $97.5 million from William Wrigley Jr., an heir to the Wrigley chewing gum fortune.
