Panama City Beach, known for its seafood offerings, is also seeing an increase in vegan and plant-based dining options. Local establishments are providing a range of meals suitable for those following plant-based diets.

Finn’s Barista Bar & Snack Shack is recognized as a popular spot among locals and visitors seeking vegan fare. The coffee shop features items such as avocado toast seasoned with rosemary olive oil, black salt, and chipotle flakes. The Bee’s Knees bowl includes nut milk, peanut butter, banana, and other flavors intended to evoke comfort food. In addition to these dishes, Finn’s offers Noli South Kombucha brewed locally in Panama City Beach, along with roasted coffee drinks using organic syrups. The venue is located inside Mr. Surf’s Surf Shop on Thomas Drive.

Lotus Cafe & Juice Bar operates behind Zen Garden and provides a menu focused on organic ingredients with several vegan choices. Guests can add tofu, tempeh, or a veggie burger to their meals for additional protein. Signature dishes include seed cheese made from sunflower or pumpkin seeds and fresh hummus plates. The cafe’s Beach Juice combines carrot, apple, beet, lemon, and ginger.

The Pour is another establishment offering vegan selections while supporting community initiatives through its nonprofit model. Profits from the café go toward local projects aimed at sustainable change. Vegan menu items include the Veggie’wch sandwich—made with cucumbers, tomatoes, avocado, and hummus—and avocado toast finished with crushed red pepper and lemon juice.

“Whether you’re fully plant-based or just looking to add more greens to your plate, Panama City Beach has plenty of options that prove vegan food can be just as fresh, flavorful, and fun as any seaside meal,” according to Visit Panama City Beach representatives.

These businesses reflect the broader trend of expanding dietary choices available in Panama City Beach beyond traditional seafood-focused menus.
